My husband just left Savannah with a large fungal infection between his legs, due to constant exposure to a wet undergarment. Savannah Court of Brandon has had no dedicated housekeeper for at least 6 weeks. Families have not been informed. Care givers have been given the added responsibility to pick up the cleaning slack (without added compensation), at the expense of directly caring for and attending to the resident's needs. When my mother-in-law became unable to live alone, we looked at many places and decided on Savannah Court. We loved that it feels like a home but with her own 'apartment' so she has the best of both worlds. The director of sales and marketing, Tillie, was so helpful, made the move in process very easy, and is always available for any questions we have. Savannah Court of Brandon is an awesome place. The Executive Director is a kind and loving person who actually cares and loves her residences. They keep the place very clean and care for those that live there. The food is prepared daily as if it was being prepared for their own family. If I needed an assisted living place this is where I would want to be.

We are very pleased with the people and the facility. It is clean, has a cozy home feel along with a fancy hotel look. The caregivers are very good as well as the medical staff. My mom is comfortable and loves the garden.The new management is doing a great job improving the atmosphere, from new and improved food service to hiring a new activities director and hosting periodic fun celebrations for the residents and their families.

Savannah Court of Brandon is a great facility. The managers are very attentive to concerns and suggestions and the staff is caring. There are several long tenured staff members there. Our family had a very pleasant move in experience with Savannah Court.
