My son is 21 years old with diagnosed cardiac issues, migraines and neuro-cardiogenic syncope'. At the age of 6, I was told that he had a cyst on his brain by specialists in Springfield who also told me it was not worrisome and would more than likely, 'take care of itself.' I have been seeing Dr. Katchen for 20 years now for multiple sclerosis. He is the best neurologist around. He genuinely cares for his patients, very thorough, polite and checks up on you to make sure you are better. If I didn't have him for my doctor who knows how my MS would be today. Thank you Dr. Katchen.
Dr. Katchen actually listens when you talk, not all physicians do. He seems to give consideration to what I tell him and then he discusses what he feels is going on with my health with me. He gives me time to ask questions and I feel I have time to consider what we have discussed and ask any other questions before I leave the office I do not feel rushed through which is often the case in this day and age. His office staff is polite and helpful, I am very comfortable with him as my Doctor
He and his staff are friendly, courteous, and take the time to get to know you. Dr. Katchen is thorough and explains clearly. I highly recommend him.
He is a horrible excuse of a human being. He only cares about himself and money. Very rude and condescending. I wouldn't recommend him to anyone.
