The process toward the end did not go smoothly at all. We missed our close date and had to reschedule, but Marcie was great through it all. She kept me informed and tried her best. I get that things can happen and it won't always go as planned. I appreciate Marcie for getting us to the finish line.
Marcie was always available to answer questions, gave good explanations, and pushed us to get things submitted and signed to make our closing date.
The process had ups and downs, however Marcie was extremely helpful thru the whole process.
