Marcos went out of his way to make sure we understood and that we where ok with the transition as far as the percentage rate and all the fees he went into full detail. He did answer all our questions and made sure we were comfortable with the entire laon process. This my second experience dealing with a lender and my first experience was not to great, but with Mr. Marcos I was very confident and trusted him, my experience was very pleasant.
Marcos has made this entire process super easy and fast. He definitely went out of his way to answer all our questions over and over again. Giving all his time to help us, and understand the "real estate market". We will definitely use him in the future.
