All the staff were very helpful and answered my many questions through the whole ... American Pacific made my home buying experience smooth and easy. All the staff were very helpful and answered my many questions through the whole process. They even took the time to follow up with me a few times after the close of escrow to find out if everything was OK and if I had any questions or concerns.

i did not have to visit the office once and everything was done via my computer. I was throughly satisfied with the service I received and the process was seamless for me. i did not have to visit the office once and everything was done via my computer. Given my busy work schedule;le and my location of my job in Dowentown Los Angeles I was glad to work with Damarys and Marcos on the completion of my refinance.

This is the second time we have re-financed with Marcos. This is the second time we have re-financed with Marcos. Both times he has gone out of his way to make sure that we were happy and made the entire process easy.

I would recommend to friends. I just want to thank Marcos for doing such a great job!! I would recommend to friends. At all times he answered all my questions and did my refinance and I got rid of my second loan combined to one loan he was super good with all the refinance.

He is truly a good man. Marcos is always friendly. He knows the answers to all your questions. He is positive, very importantly he is always honest and wants the best for his clients. It's like working with a friend. He is truly a good man. I have done two refi's with Marcos: My mom recommended him to me, it doesn't get better than that.
