Marcos and his entire team were absolutely amazing! From start to finish. Very detailed, patient and meticulous in explaining the whole process from pre approval until we closed on our home. Thanks to the team at American Pacific Mortgage I was able to purchase my new home despite the soaring housing market and various obstacles. I know that alot of people like to leave negative reviews but there is not negative thing that can be said when it comes to Marcos and his team. Basically I have been working with Marcos for three years and have finally moved into my home. The three years was rather nerve racking for my family as we faced a market shortage of housing inventory as well as cash buyers and also being out bid by 5-20K on some houses.
