Listens , and felt not rushed

First time to make an appointment with Maria Sado. She comes in and wasn't able to pronounce my first name (which for me is very normal and understandable), most people would just ask how to pronounce it, if I had a nickname, or refer to my last name when addressing me, but she just made up a name and called me by that. She would ask me questions about my health history but cut me off before I am even able to finish my sentences.
