Professional attitude with a caring yet respectful personality. Its always a good experience when i see her.
This was my first visit. She exceeded my expectations. I found her to be very pleasant, and spoke clearly and slowly enough so that I could understand her. She also seemed pretty thorough. Being the first visit, she spent time looking over my previous medical information provided through the patient portal.
Not good doesn’t answer messages and doesn’t seem interested in patients problems , don’t recommend her
Terrible experience with Dr Ferrera and office. Very difficult to get through and when utilize the myLoyola communication portal it takes for ever to get a response. Very disappointed and looking for find a new doctor where we can get good care for elderly mother.
