Very impersonal environment. You never get seen by the same doctor, so no doctor develops a relationship and comfort level with my kids or myself. We've been scheduled for several telemedicine appointments and the doctors never showed up or even bothered reaching back out to see if everything was ok. I also had a nurse almost give a vaccine twice to my daughter when she already it had the same vaccine and if I wouldn't have stopped her and asked her to recheck the chart, she would have administered it twice. Excellent service. Dr. Laguna is the very best we love her. The services that I receive from Dr. Laguna is excellent. Dr. Laguna and the staff are friendly and ensure that I am properly informed about my child’s health and care. I would have no qualms in recommending them to friendly and friends.
The staff and Dr. Laguna were all very friendly and helpful. I especially loved how Dr. Laguna really took his time to explain everything to my son.
