Cold, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. I’ve never experienced such blatant disregard from a provider. From the moment the session started, Maria was impatient, uninterested, and dismissive. When technical difficulties made it hard to communicate, instead of showing basic professionalism, she hung up on me twice. I have a hard time understanding Maria Nieves. I do not speak spanish. When i dont understand everything she says. So i ask her to repeat things and that is okay with me.
Maria is a lovely Nurse! She’s kind and understanding wanting to make sure that any medicine given actually helps not harm. As she starts with the lowest dosage trial. She’s very sweet and I’m glad I had a chance to work with her as she has been the first person to make me feel comfortable with Psychiatric Medicine. I hope for more nurses to be like her and share her kindness. As I’ve experienced a lot of harm in this industry and a little understanding helps a lot.
Dr. Maria was excellent understanding my needs and listen to me the whole time and explain some stuff she was fantastic
