Dr. Sukhoo did a great job with my health exam. She explained everything to me in a very clear manner, she is very thorough and takes her time with her patients. She is very very understading and listens to your concerns. I immediately felt at ease – and felt confident receiving expert medical care. She was also kind and friendly. I am very happy to have found a primary care physician that I feel I can trust and connect with. All of the staff was great – they were helpful.
I would not recommend this doctor’s office. They do not follow up about test results and will lose your results and other records. You have to call just to get answers, and no one ever took responsibility for the lack of care. It’s clear they are overbooked and understaffed, and patients end up being treated like numbers instead of people. The lack of communication and care is unacceptable. Save yourself the stress and go somewhere that actually values your health and time.
