Marina Auto Body Shop was wonderful. Juan and Steve were excellent to communicate with. My auto insurance wanted to use used parts on my new car, and Marina Auto Body told them they do not do that. Steve and Juan both went to bat for me to get my insurance to pay for new parts. Marina Auto Body is also certified in Toyota and works with the dealership. I have an electric car as well. Very professional. They have a great network that works directly with insurances. They also work with enterprise rent a car and can provide a ride up to 5 miles away. Customer service Char and the staff are very patient and take the time to walk you through the process. Marina autobody gets quality parts from culver city toyota which is also a great place. I chose Marina auto body based off that reco and am pleased with the results. Thank you
