Very professional. They have a great network that works directly with insurances. They also work with enterprise rent a car and can provide a ride up to 5 miles away. Customer service Char and the staff are very patient and take the time to walk you through the process. Marina autobody gets quality parts from culver city toyota which is also a great place. I chose Marina auto body based off that reco and am pleased with the results. Thank you
Marina Auto Body did a fantastic job on my truck. The staff was always friendly and professional. My truck was finished early and they even washed it. I’m very happy with the work and hopefully will do business with them in the future.
Their work was pretty good. I had to come back for one thing to get fixed, and they made it easy. Their communication was not good. They *never* called me over the 7 week period that my car was in the shop, even though I asked them repeatedly (because I had to keep working with the insurance company to extend my rental coverage!), except on the day my car was ready for pick-up.
I have used this place a few times and most recently, twice in two years when my son has had accidents. They do such amazing work, everyone is super friendly. I have to give a huge shout out to Marlene - she is super responsive, friendly and I appreciate her so much. Whenever I have autobody needs, I will always go to Marina Auto Body.
