Really frustrating experience with Marina Auto Body. The repair took much longer than expected, and I wish they had given me updates instead of me having to check in myself. Two years later, they suddenly contacted me, claiming I never paid my deductible. Which is strange because they let me leave after picking up and dropping my car off and never mentioned an outstanding balance at the time of service!! Awesome service and very friendly. My car was finished being service but I had to keep my car at the shop a few extra days and they were very kind and accommodating. They were able to work directly with my insurance and provide transparency and clear updates. Car is brand new! Highly recommend!
