Online service is mediocre at best at best. Still had to go to office to provide ID . If you want a gate code, online you have to flip to a third party app which in then turns asks you for the last four digits of your Social Security number just for the gate code., required locks must be purchased from them or off island, Home Depot locks don’t fit, unit was hard to open due to lack of cleaning of door tracks, was contacted by customer service rep, for verification of purchase of lock from them after I was occupying the ... read more
