The tech who did my exam today created a very uncomfortable experience for me. She was very condescending in her tone when gathering my info and she stood in the change room way too long for my liking while I was getting prepared. I couldn't get a good look at her staff ID because she moved around in and out of the room while she was talking. Registration online was easy wait time on point receptionist was kind and pleasant. I have been coming here for years never had a problem and always finished in a timely manner.
I have been coming here for a long time and l have always been satisfied with the service. The customer service here has always been great. It amazes me that so many people are so helpful and pleasant. When l was diagnosed with breast cancer everyone was so comforting. I live in west Philly but I come here because l had the best doctors.
VIP treatment, fast service, quick exam, on time, attentive staff! Very good!!!
