I’m here today for a biopsy and want to share my experience with the front desk. I came in signed my name and then as I was waiting I asked the new joint lady if she could check to see if I had an appointment because usually they would have text me to check in. Now, I got my question asked by the young lady that was not busy her supervisor or the young lady that is always present proceeded to tell her not to answer people who did what I did cause they just have to wait. The tech who did my exam today created a very uncomfortable experience for me. She was very condescending in her tone when gathering my info and she stood in the change room way too long for my liking while I was getting prepared. I couldn't get a good look at her staff ID because she moved around in and out of the room while she was talking. Maxine was very professional kind and efficient. The wait time was also good. The front desk staff were also efficient.
I have been coming here for a long time and l have always been satisfied with the service. The customer service here has always been great. It amazes me that so many people are so helpful and pleasant. When l was diagnosed with breast cancer everyone was so comforting. I live in west Philly but I come here because l had the best doctors.
