Unbelievably friend staff! We live in Rockford and our son is a student at SIU-Carbondale. Our plan all along was to store the majority of his belongings "down there" between academic years. Given the Chinavirus shutdown, we were forced to find a storage facility that would rent to us over the phone. Boy did we luck out with Marion Self Storage. The place is absolutely clean! this is my second time using marion self storage & i absolutely love it. every one is so nice & helpful in the office & the units are always very clean. definitely would recommend!!
