I was one of their first tenants at their S Court facility in Marion and rented on of the large climate controlled units. I was there till this week after several years. They rate and deserve the 5 ☆☆☆☆☆ I gave them. It's just an excellent storage facility and my long term tenancy was excellent.
I am excited to be giving this information about Marion storage and apartments. Extremely polite, apartments very well kept in good condition, call the office if there is a problem, maintenance will be there to fix the problem. No if and promises. Nice storage as well. Looking forward to rent with them again.
This facility is marvelous. Spacious, clean, and easy access. I was in a pinch and needed extra storage temporarily in order to meet a deadline. It is so simple to access. Love this storage unit.
Very clean storage spaces. Great security system. Driveways are solid concrete instead of gravel. Great assistance obtaining unit and security set up. Gated faculty. Glad I found this storage place.
Buyer Beware! I stored some very expensive valuables in their climate-controlled section storage and in the decent amount of time that I have stored things with Marion Storage, I have had several instances where I was threatened with late fees and lockout- locks being placed on my unit for non-payment, when THEIR OWN COMPUTER SYSTEM kept randomly dumping my credit card information.
