Storage units are well keep and very up to date. Managers are well informed. Maintenance is keptup on all properties and if a problem with unit( won’t close right, lights out, can’t get into your unit) within the day the problem will be corrected.
Marion self storage has been wonderful! Very helpful anytime I have needed anything and happy to help! Storage is clean,secure, and nice!
Without a doubt the best experience I have had with a storage facility. Need a unit to park my jet ski in while I was not using it. The manager found a unit of perfect size. He showed me the unit, swept it out for me, and helped me get my jet ski in the unit. After all of his help he asked me if I was satisfied with the service I received and if their was anything else he could do for me. Defiantly the best customer service you are going to find!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Purchased a unit last week and was so impressed I had to write a review for it. I had a storage unit at another facility in Marion but needed to cut down on cost so I moved into Marion Self Storage. Compared to any other storage I have ever looked at or used, this one is by far the best. The surveillance and climate control makes me feel good about storing my personal belongings, including keepsakes. Thank you Marion Self Storage for keeping my stuff safe.
