The service I received at Marion's Wilsonville was 5 star outstanding! I had a very bad experience at another local flooring retailer and with a few local contractors. David was very patient and knowledgeable. He made sure that everything he promised would happen in the time promised. The installer he recommended was AMAZING! They were professional CRAFTSMAN! I only wish they did tile installs. I'm so happy we chose Marion's and David to assist with our gorgeous flooring and install.
Really difficult to work with. I had a small job—replacing carpet on a staircase and a small patch in a closet—on a short deadline. When I first called, I was told measurements weren’t necessary and that I could just choose a carpet in their warehouse. After driving up from Salem in rush-hour traffic, I was told the opposite: that I did need measurements after all, and someone would call to schedule them, and I was advised to come back again after the measurements were done. David at Wilsonville location provided excellent service for us picking out wood flooring. We had been to several other stores and became so confused about choices. David made the whole process clear, had excellent suggestions and was very pleasant to work with. We are thrilled with the outcome... gorgeous floors!
I am typically not one to write reviews, but wanted to offer my opinion which may help others in their research. I was extremely happy with both the flooring purchase process as well as the install. David was great to work with and took the time to help me find my ideal floors. I was also very happy with Marion's installers. They did a beautiful job and were able to accommodate us living in the house during the install. I would highly recommend.
Hi quality organization. David hand held our project from beginning to end. We were on a tight schedule and he made sure every aspect happened on time. Their carpet install team was excellent and very respectful of my property. Very clean work. Took their time and didn't cut corners. I did carpet purchase and install with Marion and purchased vinyl flooring material from them separately. I compared prices locally and found Marion to be equal or better than the competition. I highly recommend David and Marion Carpets
