every single one of the employees needs help in the customer service department. I worked at marshalls (TJMaxx/homegoods) sister store and I can't believe these employees still have their jobs! I have yet to bump into one employee at TJ maxx that doesn't sound like I'm being a major hassle for them when I need guidance to any part of the store. Ridiculous!!!!
Not a big fan of TJ Maxx. Store is more organized than Ross but the prices are quite a bit higher. Did find a couple of cute bags at a good price but most stuff was overpriced. Will probably be another five years before I'm back.
If it's sometimes a hit or miss, this was a miss. Couldn't find anything worth purchasing, and not really all that surprised given the area. Store was totally cluttered, and staff was totally uninterested in helping anyone. I give them two stars because they had many deals around the store, it was just on stuff I'd never buy in a million years.
