Excellent service!!! I very much appreciate Top Flite Financial for their help with my refinance loan. My loan officer, Marisa, was knowledgeable, efficient, helpful and caring! She was with me every step of the way through the process and was available to answer any questions or concerns that I had. I also want to thank AJ, client support specialist, for his help! Marisa and AJ are a great team.! I trusted them and I highly recommend them!
It was a good experience! Marissa and Kevin were great to work with! They were patient and understanding when I didn’t always understand what was needed. Despite my fear of not getting approved they always were upbeat. Never “if” but “WHEN” I would close. I know I was probably not their easiest client to get approved but they made it happen.
Would recommend Marissa made the refinance process very smooth. She was knowledgeable and communicative about every step.

Mission Focused We were taken through the whole process in a clear, concise manner. All my questions and concerns were always taken care of. I felt a great deal of confidence in Marisa's knowledge of the sometimes complex "Red Tape" (as we called it in the Army and there was TONS). If I ever do this again I will seek her again.
