Terrible experience
Review doesn't seem to be sticking. I'm very terrible experience. Because of her and her boss Alex, the closing was delayed. Marissa was beyond nasty and started a cascade of things. When trying to clarify secondary and investment home, she made a bunch of scoffing sounds. This lead to escalation with her boss Alex who was another big crybaby and got a bunch of vice presidents to call me. She is beyond unprofessional and very arrogant. She makes scoffing sounds when you talk to her. When you do it back to her she cries to her bosses and has them called to change her diaper
Extraordinarily unprofessional. She was a big crybaby and she got her boss to call and try to change her diaper and then her boss couldn't handle any heat So he called a bunch of vice president chumps to call me. This company is beyond terrible. Do not get your loan from them. This Marissa is extraordinarily unprofessional.
