She doesn't rush your visit. She actually listens and cares about you. I have seen her for years now, as have my parents. If she can't solve your medical problems, she will always refer you to someone who specializes in that field of medicine. The goofball who gave her a 1 star rating is an oblivious Karen. She is kind and has great bedside manner. I have and would recommend her to all my family members.
I was a patient of Dr. Marisa Pyle's for over 5 years. I established care with her when she practiced at the Mercy Family Medicine Clinic in Pleasant Hill, IA. When she transferred to the Mercy Carlisle Family Medicine Clinic, even though it was a longer drive for me, I didn't hesitate to follow her because I very much liked, trusted, and felt comfortable with her. I don't recommend Dr. Pyle. I've been seeing her for a few years as my regular PCP & anytime I bring up concerns about various health issues, she does nothing but refer me to a specialist when it's completely unnecessary! The PCP I had before Dr. Pyle RARELY did this unless it was absolutely necessary. I saw him for 12 years & he only sent me to a specialist a handful of times.
