I've been seeing Jacqueline (Dental Hygienist) for several years now and she has been amazingly patient, kind and determined in helping me with my anxiety relating to hygiene appts. Today was an exciting day- for the first time in over 20 years, I was actually really looking forward to a hygiene appt!!!! Wahoo! Thank you Jacqueline for helping me get to this point! The total experience was really great. I am wondering about the sleep test. I feel like some of the questions not applicable to a sleep study as post menopausal women ALWAYS have trouble sleeping. I don’t feel that this is an indicator of sleep apnea.
Extremely please and glad to be back. Your services are very detailed and thorough. You took time with me and explained in detail which is rare nowadays, and is appreciated. I took my special needs nephew, age 26, for a cleaning. Jacquelyn was wonderful, she was kind, had patience and helped him so much during the entire process. He had a lot of tarter build up but her kindness and words of encouragement kept him at ease and she was able to complete the cleaning. She made him feel so comfortable he managed to even get x - rays after his cleaning! And Dr. Harris was kind and gentle with him as well.
