First visit with Dr. Makram and his team. Outstanding staff that goes the extra step to gather necessary information and resolve questions. I have to split my dental care between periodontal and dental and my confidence level is very high with the addition of the Makram team.
My husband and I have been patients of Dr Makram for 15 years and received the best dental care with the most caring and proficient staff in the area. We highly recommend this dental office.
What a great office. Dr is very conservative and talks to you about the treatment. He does not try to sell. He's all about what is best for your oral health. And the staff is kind professional and played back!
They cancelled my first appointment after I just made it. I can understand if it was for one made 6+ months ago, but 1 month? They can send me a text with a link for new patient data, but cannot send me a text to confirm the appointment that I just made with them? Heaven forbid someone goes on vacation for Thanksgiving and does not check their voicemails for a week or two. So much for using the latest technology... I will take my business elsewhere.
My particular insurance covers 2 cleanings a year and bite wing x rays once a year. I was due for these x rays on my last visit and the woman who did my cleaning said were going to do your mouth x rays. I assumed this was the normal thing that gets done. Fast forward I see a 107 charge on my insurance and find out they were full mouth x rays and not my regular covered bite wings.
