I was referred to Dr. Stein by my dentist for two wisdom teeth extractions. Dr. Stein’s office made sure to work with my insurance, preparing the quotes beforehand and always made sure I understood the coverage I would receive. At my initial consultation, Dr. Stein answered all of my questions and made me feel confident in choosing him to remove 1 wisdom tooth, 1 molar, and a bone graft to prepare for implant. The surgery itself was painless as I was under anesthesia, and the surgical staff's calm, confident demeanor made me feel relaxed as you can be before having surgery. My experience with Dr. Stein and his staff have been absolutely great. Most of my dental work is done up here in Westchester but I go to Mark in the city for the serious stuff like extractions, grafts and implants. I always opt for IV sedation and the recovery is the smoothest and quickest I have ever experienced. Everyone in his office is helpful and has a great attitude. Dr. Stein was just amazing. He makes your feel at ease from the minute you meet him. He's very thorough in explaining procedures. He has a great sense a humor and truly seems to like what he does. His staff is very friendly and follow up after each surgery/procedure. I had a sinus lift, bone graft and 3 implants. I was a nervous wreck. My dentists recommended Dr. Stein as being the best and encouraged me to go to him since he worked on some of her other patients and he did a fantastic jobs. As someone who doesn't do well with anesthesia or dental procedures, I have never had a more pleasant and painless wisdom teeth experience than I had with Dr. Stein. I immediately felt comfortable from beginning to end, with Grace reaching out to discuss medical insurance costs before the surgery, and May texting me the night after to make sure I was feeling good. Excellent care, I have never had any form of dental surgery but Dr. Stein and his staff made me feel very comfortable and eased my anxiety. They are also excellent at following up afterwards! Highly recommended!
