This may sound strange but having this tooth pulled was actually a pleasant experience! The office staff are incredible ......pleasant, responsive, thorough and courteous. Dr. Stein is very knowledgable, extremely personable, obviously competent and he makes you feel immediately comfortable. No wonder he came so highly recommended! Look forward to coming back :-)
I highly recommend Dr. Stein as an oral surgeon. He has a great bedside manner and friendly personality and he put me at ease from my anxiety on the day of having my oral surgery procedure. I will definitely use him again for any future procedures and recommend him to my family and friends.
After having months of pain and a failed root canal Dr.Stein was the only Dr able to help me. It may have seemed like an easy task to extract a tooth, but in my case I am allergic to virtually all anesthesia and preservatives . With the help of Dr.stein, we were able to extract the tooth with virtually no pain and discover that the problem tooth was resulting from a tiny chip. Dr. Stein and May were awesome!! They were extremely professional and took the time to explain the procedure and questions in detail, but more importantly the tooth extraction was quick, painless and I had hardly any discomfort the day after. The admin staff Myra was also very knowledgeable worked on my behalf thoroughly with the insurance company (which I've had issues before at other offices). Not looking forward to getting any more tooth extracted but if I do, it would be with Dr. Stein and his staff.
Very positive. People are friendly. Everything is explained clearly. On balance, a very positive and professional experience.
