As both a professional partner and a resident for the past 6+ years at two Mark Taylor communities, I can honestly say that they have been a great company to work with, and be a resident in. The communities and site teams work hard to make it a nice place to be. I appreciate the care that is taken every day, as I call Mark Taylor home.
We live at the Core, one of Mark Taylor's apartment complexes, and we have had to move out and find a new place to live because: -The apartment next to us have dogs who bark all day, are kept on the patio and the neighbors above us push their poop onto our storage and porch. When we asked the front office TWICE to do something about this they said we are looking into it and they did NOTHING. -Maintance refuses to fix anything. We had to hire a handyman to fix our dryer. I have lived in one of their apartment complex they manage and the leasing staff/ management has very bad communication. Don’t enforce their policies UNLESS it has to do with them collecting fees from you. They force you to pay for valet trash, and of course some tenants abuse the policy and leave trash stacked up outside and management says “we talked to them about it” but it never changed. billing concierge is rude and “cannot offer further explanations” on why i’m being charged extra money. do not work with this company, they charge you too much as is and also will try to charge you more even when you already paid. horrible customer service. STAY AWAY
