Jen Jones is simply the best. She is endlessly patient and helpful. Usually I would go all Karen in stressful situations where I don’t t understand the portal but Jen’s patience stops me. I hope she stays at Market Heights.
If you have any question or need any help (Jamar Smith) is the person to talk to. Jamar is very helpful and go up and beyond for all my needs. If I can give him a 10 star rating then I would.
Nice apartments but management is not keeping the building clean nor do they have inspection it's some nasty tenants in these buildings. Lawson realtor thinks more of the parking lot and tried to increase rent twice this year. It's a money grab, three property managers less than two years.Work orders take way to long the property is falling apart this soon will be an New York project drugs, negative visitors bring they're activity here.homeless sleeping on stairwells, security what security it's a joke. I'm truly disappointe... read more
