Am in the process of applying for an apartment for a family member. So far, the experience has been very positive. I have been to the leasing office twice and Jamar has been most helpful and pleasant. He has shown me two different apartments and the building we were in looked very clean. Ran into a couple of residents who were very friendly. I like the location, the kitchens, and the overall layout of the apartments. I also love how inclusive it is here. Seems like a good place to live.
Affordable does NOT mean trash dump. I wish I could say all of these photos are within the same week, but no. I also would like to note that the trash in the stairwell has been consistently provided by our neighbors BEFORE the compactor break and STILL since the front office FINALLY sent a memo on how to use the compactor. Numerous times we’ve informed maintenance and the office about people deliberately walking their trash to the stairwell and just leaving it. Great service, Jamar especially. Any problem I have I make certain I speak to him directly simply because he always gets me the answers I need. It’s great that you all have someone like him in your office.
