My family and I have been with Dr C & staff since 2001 and have had nothing but positive experiences. Lari is sweet & terrific with the front of the house operations. She takes care of submitting our insurance forms, a service few offices provide. Jessica is an amazing hygienist and so very kind. Dr C has always given us the best gentle care one could ever expect. Highly recommend this office!
Dr Kwok is god sent. I have always had a lot of dental anxiety and Dr Kwok and her team really put me at ease. Her dentistry is a work of art. Thanks Dr Kwok for my beautiful smile. I also love, love, love Linus, the official therapy dog of Markham Dental Smiles and cutest dog ever!!!!
I visited this dental office today and it was great! The front desk staff was super friendly, and the dentist was really knowledgeable. The office itself is clean and calming which made the whole experience way more relaxed than I expected. Everyone was super helpful, and I left feeling great. Highly recommend this office!
I took my 95 years old mother to see Dr Kwok yesterday for check up and cleaning. I am truly impressed with Dr Kwok's experience. I have related my mom's chucking and swallowing issues, Dr Kwok immediately asked the hygienist to seek support from a second staff to do oral suctioning to avoid chucking. Really really appreciate this attention to details and care. Kalare, the hygienist, is equally impressive. It was really difficult to do x-rays of my 95 years old mother's teeth. My grandmother and I go to Markham Dental Smiles. Staff are very professional, kind, and go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. They take their time explaining procedures and being gentle. Always a positive experience.
