Went here for the 1st time Aug 23rd of 2025… What a nice experience it is. Day was perfect not too hot outside. Check in took a little longer but only because they were short handed which was understandable. The 2 gentle men were very nice, refreshed our minds on how to properly operate the boat, it was very nice, clean & spacious with a full tank of gas. They answered all of our questions we had. Definitely worth the almost $600 we paid from 9am-5pm.
Mark’s Leisure Time was awesome from start to finish when purchasing our new Harris Cruiser! From Todd Calvert our salesperson to Kimberly Neff to Dan Richardson who gave us our walk through to Troy who delivered our boat to Cayuga Lake. Friendly, knowledgeable and professional all of them. Worked with Todd on Conesus Lake to trade up my pontoon boat. This is my 5th boat and 3rd marina I've dealt with. The experience at Mark's was as stress-free as possible. Everything was clearly explained including financing options. I also used them for winterization and storage which couldn't have been easier. I'm really glad to finally have a capable marina to deal with. Highly recommend!
Jim was great to deal with. We had an issue with the trailer size. He worked diligently on a solution. I felt he was the only person that wanted to resolve the issue. He did get it resolved!! I would recommend him highly. If you want to buy a boat, go ask for Jim, he will take care of you!!!
The rental team at Mark’s was awesome. We rented a beautiful Barletta pontoon boat for 2 days and not only was it clean and ready when we got there, they walked us through everything so we knew exactly what we were doing. It was really nice having a radio on the boat also. The team made returning the pontoon boat very easy as well.
