Marks Leisure Center is the best of the best. I bought a 2023 Trophy T22cc from them a few weeks ago. Seamless transaction from start to finish. They took care of everything from the financing to delivery. 5 stars!!!!
Our business dealings with Mark's Marina began way before we bought a boat from them. However, there service department was far superior than any other marina (and they did not overcharge) that we ended up ultimately purchasing a boat through them. We just bought our second boat from Mark’s Leisure Time Marine. They are a great team of professionals. From the sea test drive to delivery they addressed everything! The service manager Matt and his team in Avon were outstanding!
I purchased my boat from Mark's Leisure Time Marine 7 years ago and have used their storage and maintenance services every year, since. They continue to improve the system for scheduling seasonal storage and pick up, and Matt the manager is very attentive to individual customer needs. When all of the new methods to enhance efficiency and communication are implemented next season, they will get 5 stars!
Took care of a warranty issue with my boat purchased from Meyers In Bath, NY. (Connected companies) Communication wasn’t great, but they were decent overall. Issue was minor and resolved easily, but I had to call them to get an update after leaving it for a week. **Edit- Picked up my boat today and noticed that even though I had trailered my boat over there with the cover off (can’t tow with cover on), they took the time to find my stowed cover , pull it out, and put it on neatly and securely so it didn’t sit out in the w... read more
