Dr MarKus Niederwanger is very professional, knowledgeable, honest and transparent to his patients. I recommend his services 100%. The staff is very friendly and courteous which definitely and adds me having a pleasant experience. I was seen for pain management for hip injuries.
It's been 3 years or so since I had an appointment with Dr. Niederwanger, but as always my return was excellent. Dr. Niedermayer took the time to execute a complete assessment of my condition, ie; review of MRI, hands on examination of range of movement, and a explanation with a model of a lower lumber spine. Dr. Niedewanger was as awesome as the first time I met him! He listens to me and always has the answers, if if not the best to hear he makes you understand the what & why.
I was still experiencing a lot of pain after a nerve ablation procedure. Dr. Neidermanger did not dismiss or minimize my pain or concerns. After completing an exam, we (not just him rattling off rote answers, information, and instructions) had conversation about what he was looking for and why. Dr. Neidermanger then asked me if addressed all my questions and concerns. We decided what my next steps should be, together. It's hard to find patient inclusive care and I am grateful that Dr. Neidermanger is that type of provider.
I was so very pleased when I saw Dr. Niederwanger. He was extremely friendly, courteous, thorough and professional. When he examined me he pinpointed my problem which was not in his area of expertise although some of my symptoms could have been. He recommended I see a doctor who practices in the correct specialty with whom I had already made an appointment.
