Huge thanks to Joe and the new guy for changing my flat tire today, Monday 9-15-2025, I was on 76W near Rootstown. They were both very professional and courteous and made sure that I was safely back on the busy highway.

Quick, they have towed my vehicle a few times. They normally have no issues and the drivers are friendly. One tow truck driver did not put my van in Neutral then proceeded to Wiggled my van off the bed of the truck, and broke a spring because he didn’t know what he was doing. Now I’m in the process of filing a claim with my insurance smh

I'm disabled with chronic health issues, and I was stranded over an hour from home last week in 90 degree heat without a cloud or shave tree in sight...I called AAA and they dispatched marlboro. The driver was just so kind and caring, he didn't just do his job but went out of his way to make sure I was okay. It's the kind of service that helps you to breathe easier during a stressful event and I am just so, so grateful for it. I'm hoping I never need a tow that far from home again but if I do, this is who I'll call

Bruce was dispatched by AAA to tow my boyfriend’s Porsche and I could not have asked for a nicer, more caring driver. He made sure to take the time to appropriately attach/hook the car and was very respectful. I’ll be requesting Bruce for all of my future tows!!

I needed a short tow the morning of 7/10/25 and I would like to say thank you to Bruce, the Tow Operator that towed my Jeep Wrangler to Uniontown Tire that morning. He was very professional, kind and courteous. It’s always refreshing to deal with someone pleasant these days, especially during an already stressful time. Thank you Bruce Vince B.
