First of all, Tonya, one of the dispatchers is incredible! She helped me navigate a tow & drop off of my car after an accident with patience and compassion, which was greatly appreciated during a stressful situation. The response time was also excellent. I took a star off because a completely different towing company (Oscar’s Towing) showed up when I had been expecting Marlboro Towing. Great company. From the start, the dispatcher was very professional. Then I got a call from the actual technician. They came out as fast as they could and got me taken care of. Their prices were extremely fair and service was the best I have ever had. I would recommend them to anyone who ever needs towing services.
