This has been my lifelong dental practice long before it was even Marr and Thompson. I recommend it to anyone looking for a new dental provider. 25+ years of nothing but friendly, kind-hearted staff, an excellently clean office space, and spot-on service. Dr. Marr is my primary dentist but all of the staff is top-notch.
Great dental office - customer service is top notch, polite staff, always and I mean always on time. Cost of services is extremely reasonable and willing to provide a payment plan if needed. They don’t try to recommend work if it’s truly not needed. I have been going to that same dental office for the last 30+ years when it was under a previous dentist.
Everything about this place is stellar! From regular teeth cleaning to my tooth implant, Dr. Thompson and his crew are such a pleasure to deal with. They are friendly, articulate, and specialists at everything oral health related. I've had 6 dentists in the last 20 years and Dr. Thompson is my favorite. I moved 2 hours away, but still drive all the way back to Fort Wayne because the dentists around here can't compare. I’ve had nothing but good experiences in this office. The receptionists always give a friendly greeting, the hygienists do a great job and Dr Thompson is fantastic! He has an unhurried way about him. He has taken the time to educate me when I’ve had questions about my care. I’ve sent many family members to this practice and would highly recommend them to anyone.
I've been going there for over 40 years. Dr. Bryan Marr goes that extra mile to find an issue. Twice for me that a normal ex-rays didn't show. I request Ashley to clean my teeth. Love you Ashley!!
