Quick communication with the scheduling department, quick service, thorough communication from Matt (our technician) about what was wrong with our air conditioning and he provided several options for how we could move forward, what it would cost, and how long the process would take. We recently finished a large multi-item project with Marr's and we couldn't be happier with the results. We're new to the Bellingham area and back in the spring of 2024 we felt our 22 year old furnace was on the verge of giving up. We had Marr’s install a new AC and replace our furnace, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Kyle came out to evaluate the existing setup and walk us through several options. He was knowledgeable, thorough, friendly, and very easy to work with. We quickly decided to move forward with them, and the installation was completed smoothly and efficiently. This was for my aging parents, and they were especially appreciative of the prompt response and great service. Highly recommend!
I got five quotes when looking to replace our furnace and add AC. I’m not the easiest customer but I am an informed one. Marr’s came in with the best price and best systems, and I credit much of that to TJ Alexander. He was awesome to work with, knowledgeable, personable and willing to work with me and answer all my questions.
