We were very grateful and lucky that a lady paid it forward and paid $400 of our vet bill as we were told 3 different things in the space of a couple of hours. Charlie had a visit for teeth cleaning today, he was very well cared for by Dr Vanessa and the team, Dr Vanessa was very caring, knowledgeable and easy to talk to. We were given very clear after care advise and suggestions on how to continue Charlie’s dental hygiene in the future
The receptionist was friendly and lovely and gave me a betadine swab for my cat scratches. Dr Veronica was very professional and thorough with our little Gypsy.
Had an amazing experience with the lovely ladies on shift this afternoon with my cat. He didn’t have an appointment but they chose to see him and did all they could for him with little time and a full schedule on a Friday arvo! Special shout out to Kirra for finding time to see our boy Shadow and thank you to the other nurse/receptionist Kirsty for your lovely support and kindness.
