I left a review a little over a year ago when I bought my 2018 Tundra Limited from Jacob Banks. He was so easy to deal with and very helpful when it came to giving me information. I came back to him again today to get my wife into a 2023 Sequoia and once again he was AWESOME! The salesman very friendly and they were helpful on choosing my vehicle. I was lied to by the sales manager about this “autopay plus”, first time I’ve ever heard about it, I signed up for it but realized it was more money add my loan then I originally was quoted by the credit union. Never sign up for Autopay plus. It was real scummy by the sales manager lying to me about a sales pitch to get a commission. Overall experience was pretty mid.
Salesman was nice. That’s about it. I test drove a vehicle that was clearly getting ready to need a transmission. When I informed the sales manager his response was, “Yeh it’s a Ford.” He had me pull it back down on the lot which means to me that they’re not going to fix it and some vulnerable person will purchase this vehicle. It also clearly needed an alignment and tires. The transmission was bad though. Why not send a vehicle like that to auction or something??? I was interested in a car they had online. A used car. They treated me like I was buying a brand new car. Dennis Freking the salesman was seamless and professional, and all the way down to the finance manager all I got was top notch service and attention. There is a good chance this will be my first stop on my next car. I never write reviews really This crew deserves it. Highly recommend to anyone I know.
