Love I love living at Marshall Park. It's close enough to be there quickly but far enough out that it's quite.
Good community One of the few drawbacks of this property is that there are too many people who do not belong here driving at high speed on the parking deck.

Marshall Park was one of my favorite places I've lived! It has great amenities. The front office staff is nice and helpful whenever I needed anything. The apartments are modern and spacious. Being right on the greenway was a plus too. I totally recommend renting at Marshall Park!

Professional and cheerful -Nice Apartments, surrounded by lot of woods and nature, walking and biking trail closely, also expensive at the same time.

I LOVED living here! The apartment was spacious and well appointed. Granite, stainless appliances, vinyl plank flooring, and upgraded lighting/fixtures throughout. The apartments are within walking distance to Crabtree Valley Mall and directly on the Greenway with private access. The amenities are amazing.
