RecommendedBeen living here a year. it's a great place to living. the pool is awesome. it has a wadding areas perfect for my toddler and infant granddaughters. .the gyms are perfect and safe for my teenagers and almost calling my name too, lol. . .the office team are so easy going and are more like friends. RecommendedI would highly recommend Marshall Park to anyone moving to Raleigh. The location is amazing and the quality of living is unmatched. Very easy to meet people and the access to the greenway is great if you have a dog! Staff made everything easy.

RecommendedI truly love Marshall Park Apartments and Townhomes! The community is a great place to live. Very good residents, however dog owners need to do better with cleaning up after their fur babies and very quiet and safe. Great location. All your needs are within walking distance. City Bus stop # 27 very near both entrances off Blue Ridge. Parents with school age children get main building and townhome stops for school bus too. RecommendedI’ve lived here since they opened in 2015. I love the community. It’s safe. Apartments are top notch. Great location! And I love the staff! Meg, Candice, and Bri are very easy to work with, and down to earth. Also maintenance is super fast and cool. I wouldn’t wanna live anywhere else. Love it here

RecommendedI wanted to commend the staff at MarshallPark Apartments in Raleigh, NC. There was a tragic incident involving my son who was a resident there. Candace Plemmons and Meg White were professional, caring and supportive of the processes which involved the police. They went above and beyond to help solve the problems which occurred. My husband and I have been here six weeks. We love the layout of our apartment and the community spaces. The amenities are wonderful and we love the brunch on Saturdays.
