Called the place about 8 times over the course of 2 months. Never received an answer and never anyone at the 'house' out front. I occasionally see people using the storage units but I have no idea how they are paying for it. I gave up and went somewhere else.

Martin Bluff Storage was accommodating when I needed a unit last minute after college. The manager was super helpful and very understanding. Although they are not gated or have security, I feel my belongings are safe in this location.

Martin Bluff mini storage really came through when I had no other option when I was in between moving out. I was selling my house and had 2 months I desperately needed a place to store my stuff till my next move. At the time I they were running a special where I could have the 3rd month free and they really saved me and made my move a little less stressful!

This storage facility has zero security. Anyone can go to these units any time day or night and cut the locks and steal contents of any unit. Rain brings leaks and flooding of units. Insulated roof droops & leaks, some areas not even connected or attached to next layer exposing insulation. Heavily spider infested. I've found two dead rats in a unit. Poorly maintained. Some units appear lived in by its tenant. No restroom on premises. Trash always on ground with two areas that appear to be dump spot of unwanted or broken item... read more

Mellissa, the property manager, went above and beyond when I needed to rent a storage unit on such short notice. She was very friendly , knowledgeable, and helpful during my time of need. For the record, it is very obvious there is not a gate or security on the property, so I purchased a good lock! I have not had any probables - five stars all around.!
