I found him very direct in our communications. His tenacity to find a diagnosis and confirm same was excellent.
Dr. Lesser is a knowledgeable neurologist who always has time to listen to my medical concerns and offers manageable options for my treatment. I visit the office for annual appointments and in between Dr. lesser and his staff are always available to answer questions on the phone or by e-mail. I have been a patient of his for 15 years and I am very satisfied with the compassionate medical care that he provides.
Dr. Lesser was very patient and appeared to be very concerned with my issues. He explained to me the tests, and what options I had. I was impressed that he spent so much time with me.
Dr Lesser was listening to how I felt,which was very important to me. I was satisfied with the exam he gave me.
Never would refer anyone to Dr. Lesser's office. I made an appointment over 7 weeks ago and the day before my appointment 7 weeks later, his office called to tell me they dont accept my health insurance. That is 7 weeks wasted and delay to begin treatment! I have to now 7 weeks later, begin all over looking for a neurologist!
Complete waste of time. No suggestions for positive action . Only wanted to follow up in a month.
After my 1st visit with Dr. Lesser I was so encouraged that I had finally found someone who I felt genuinely wanted to help me & the excruciating pain I was experiencing. That feeling was very short lived. His office staff is one of the rudest I have ever encountered. I spent 2 weeks leaving messages for Dr. Lesser/his nurse or nurse practitioner to please return my call - I have yet to get a call back. This is totally unacceptable. Needless to say I have moved on!
