Martinizing Cleaners are quick and effective. I have only taken my suits here over the past two years and always receive them before the estimated-ready date. The staff are friendly and seem connected to the community. While this conversational approach to customer service may add an extra minute or two to the time it takes to leave the cleaners, I find it warm and reminiscent of the local stores I grew up with.
We have been a customer at the Robinson Township Location for a long time. The quality of the dry cleaning is excellent, but the staff that you have working the front desk area needs a lot of work. There’s always a problem with a computer. The person working the computer has no clue what she’s doing and you’ve had this computer for over a year year and a half now I believe but she still Cannot seem to get it right. Needed a new dry cleaner and wanted to give this place a try. A couple of issues. The woman I was greeted by at the front desk was upset that I was even coming in to give them business and commented that so many people were coming in this morning when it was rainy. Then, I only had 4 pieces and I was quoted to pick up 5 days later. Almost a week for 2 shirts and a suit jacket and pants. Safe to say I will be taking my business elsewhere. One of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had.
Martinizing is a great cleaners. They are prompt and do a wonderful job! I highly recommended it.
After an initial prom panic, due to power outage, Martinizing came through and my son was able to wear his pressed, purple shirt to prom.
