Enrique and his staff are top notch. I have been to several cleaners in the Flower Mound area and these guys are the best. My clothes are always on time and look great. The delivery is awesome. They pick up every Tuesday at my house and return on Thursday. Can't ask for better service. Thanks!

Ever since this changed names and owners, I have loved it. Prompt, friendly service, and they pay attention to my requested care instructions. The manager, Enrique Estrada, is awesome. Easy to talk to and cares about you as a person. Highly recommend Martinizing!
I will just describe my story so you can see their awesomeness for yourself. At noon on a Tuesday, I came in with a wreck of a suit and asked if they could have it ready for me to get it on and get to a job interview by 9:30 the next day. I missed her name, but the very nice employee called her manager and confirmed that they would. The next morning, I received a text from Louis confirming when I needed the suit. I’ve been a customer of the Highland Village location for a long time. I’ve always been happy with the actual cleaning services they provide; however, I recently had a minor customer service issue with an employee - it happens. The manager was very apologetic and even offered to give me discount on my next service. Hiccups happen with individual employees but it’s pretty obvious the leadership team is customer oriented and want to provide good service.
