My experience with Martinizing Cleaners on Long Prairie Road in Flower Mound was extremely disappointing. In my opinion, they are among the most expensive cleaners in the Dallas area—and the level of customer service did not justify the cost. I was charged $8.29 for a single shirt. I specifically requested that it be laundered, but it was dry cleaned instead, without any notice or explanation. Hello Don, thank you for bringing this to our attention. Our staff is trained to make sure all shirts are correctly cleaned based on the material. Your shirt is polyester and spandex, this would fall under dry cleaning. If it was laundered, we would have ruined the shirt, and we didn't want that to happen. On the environmental fee, this has to do with the state regulating all dry cleaners ensuring we are in compliance and being environmental responsible, something we take very seriously.
