Great customer service when it counts! There was an initial hiccup with the turnaround time for my garments, causing a slight delay. However, when I explained my time constraint (due to travel), the manager and team immediately prioritized my order, completing the work quickly. Furthermore, they demonstrated their commitment to client satisfaction by issuing a credit on my account for the inconvenience. They turned a frustrating situation into a positive one through quick action and accountability.

Just tried these guys and love them. In a busy world these days, this is a perfect option for my dry cleaning needs. The pick-up and drop-off at my home was easy, and there is no additional charge for it. The prices for the cleaning were very good as well. Highly recommend

Enrique and his staff are top notch. I have been to several cleaners in the Flower Mound area and these guys are the best. My clothes are always on time and look great. The delivery is awesome. They pick up every Tuesday at my house and return on Thursday. Can't ask for better service. Thanks!

First of all, the app to schedule pickup is genius, so convenient to use! The pickup and drop off service is on point. The service is friendly and efficient, the rates are much lower than competitors that i shopped, and all of my items are clean and beautiful. I have told friends, family and my customers to stop going anywhere else!

Ever since this changed names and owners, I have loved it. Prompt, friendly service, and they pay attention to my requested care instructions. The manager, Enrique Estrada, is awesome. Easy to talk to and cares about you as a person. Highly recommend Martinizing!
