Needed a dress suit pressed last minute for an event and they went above and beyond to get it done quickly. They had it pressed and ready to go in less than 30 minutes. I will definitely be a returning customer due to the service alone!!
Do not go here. Absolute worst experience. I would give negative stars if I could. I took in a sheer spaghetti strap dress on Monday for a wedding on Saturday, told them needed it by Wed. I showed them the stains on it and explained the urgency of needing it. They said can't do that, but could do Thursday by 5:00pm, That was fine, since I didn't need to get on a flight until Friday am. I called on Thursday at 11:00am to see if it might be done early. They are always so friendly, and quick when checking you in and out. They do a great job with the actual services, and if you need an overnight they don't charge you an arm and a leg. Same with their comforter services, very reasonable. Nothing negative to say about this lovely business and their employees.
I went there once and they lost one of my best dress shirts. They stated they would search for it and call me back, and never did. When I called again to find out if they found it the owner got upset and yelled at me. He offered me credits with dry cleaning, which I obviously declined. He then stated there was nothing else he could do and became upset and hung up on me. Do NOT take your clothes here. It is at your own risk. Went in to have some buttons replaced on a jacket. The lovely Ms. Kim not only replaced my buttons, she wiped out a stain on the front, and lint rolled the whole coat. When I tried to pay, she just asked me to donate a couple bucks to a charity they support. Wonderful people!
