AVOID. Dishonest employees and owner. Claims NO insurance and constantly careless!!.

Pleasant service with relatively high prices. Unfortunately, one bad experience after another. They have ruined a pair of pants that need to be re-hemmed, "misplaced" an expensive comforter, and lost a valuable "after finding it". The main operation is in Evanston. Highland Park location is merely a pick-up and drop-off point which likely is the cause of their poor performance.
