I have been a Martinizing Cleaners customer for years (the Cityview location in Fort Worth, TX) and they do a great job! I’ve brought in everything from a matcha-stained winter coat to a spilled-on designer tote and they have always returned everything looking like new! The staff is super nice, the prices are great, they are supportive of veterans and job seekers, and they always do a great job with my items! Would recommend!
This was my first time using this dry cleaner, and the experience was excellent. Everyone I interacted with—both on the phone and in person—was incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional. They made the drop-off and pick-up process easy, and my items came back perfectly cleaned and well cared for. I’ll definitely be returning and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, high-quality service.
Stopped using them for months now. They ruined my $500 green silk blouse, another white laced blouse that had an attached beige camisole worth $300 that was detached when my clothes were returned from cleaning, a California king size comforter worth $1200 that was returned with clumpy balls. I always get great service. This time, my pants felt like cardboard. I asked medium starch. I think it was not medium. My shirt was done correctly medium starch. Like I said. First time bad service.
I took two separate batches of clothes to be pressed. I brought all my own dress shirts and slacks and asked that everything be creased, including the sleeves of my shirts. When I picked them up, all five of my shirts were not done properly — two of them were not creased at all. I left the shirts to be corrected.
