Excellent!. I have used these dry cleaning locations for 15+ years under various owners. The current owner is excellent and by far the best. Improved efficiency and quality of service. Convenient hours. Competitive pricing. I am picky when it comes to laundry services and they have made great efforts to keep me as a satisfied customer.
My experience with Martinizing has always been a positive one. The turnaround time is quick, their staff is always friendly and polite, and I appreciate the text reminders of when my laundry is ready to be picked up.
I've moved from the area several years ago. There are several dry cleaners near my new location. I wasn't pleased with the cleaning of my suits. I decided to go back to Martinizing Cleaners. WOW! What a difference. Pressed, Lint free, and Clean. Wonderfully Satisfied.
Stopped using them for months now. They ruined my $500 green silk blouse, another white laced blouse that had an attached beige camisole worth $300 that was detached when my clothes were returned from cleaning, a California king size comforter worth $1200 that was returned with clumpy balls. I went here for the first time bc of the excellent reviews and I was sick of my other dry cleaners messing up my creases. I tell the young lady it’s my first time and how I want the chevrons on my shirt creased. She kind of blows it off like she already knew how it should be done, so I leave confidently. I come back to get my shirts and only one of the two is creased. And the one that is creased is not done correctly. I don’t understand how it’s so hard for symmetrical creases.
