Had my shirt hemmed and dry cleaned. Came to pickup my shirt and the shirt was hemmed as expected, although I noticed that there were 2 stains on the back. I took the shirt back there for them to remove the stains and the employee there wasn't surprised that there were stains on the back and also noted that it didn't look like the shirt was even dry cleaned. This is the absolutely worst dry cleaning I have ever seen!!! They completely ruined a designer $4000 dress (i paid resale value but it does not diminish the fact it is a 100% real Channel) and left a note saying they couldn’t get the spot out when they were the ones who ruined it!!!! I do not recommended this establishment to anyone do not bring any clothes here!!! The entire dress is ruined and there were absolutely no stains on it!! I searched high and low for a place to dry clean my faux fur coat this isn’t just any coat, it’s a high-quality piece. I was recommended this place, and it did not disappoint! The service was excellent, and the price was very reasonable—around $40. The cleaning took about a week, and the coat came back looking fantastic. Plus, the front desk staff was incredibly kind and welcoming. 10/10 experience!
I have had a really poor experience with this company. I dropped off two jackets and it cost me $90 for both (one was $75 since it was leather but no one told me it would be so expensive beforehand). It took a week and a half to get back the jackets and then when I picked up the leather jacket it looked like it hadn’t been cleaned at all. They took it back and I still haven’t received it two weeks later after calling twice and being told it should be ready soon. Just picked up 18 items and 6 still have stains on them, with one of the items looking damaged. When I picked these up and asked whether they were able to get the stains out of a few, the response was “you can look”. For $220, I would expect better customer service and desire to make sure customers are happy with the clothes. I’ve been a few times since I’m not located close to another dry cleaner and this is the experience most times. If you can, I would go elsewhere.
