I searched high and low for a place to dry clean my faux fur coat this isn’t just any coat, it’s a high-quality piece. I was recommended this place, and it did not disappoint! The service was excellent, and the price was very reasonable—around $40. The cleaning took about a week, and the coat came back looking fantastic. Plus, the front desk staff was incredibly kind and welcoming. 10/10 experience!
Just picked up 18 items and 6 still have stains on them, with one of the items looking damaged. When I picked these up and asked whether they were able to get the stains out of a few, the response was “you can look”. For $220, I would expect better customer service and desire to make sure customers are happy with the clothes. I’ve been a few times since I’m not located close to another dry cleaner and this is the experience most times. If you can, I would go elsewhere.
I won’t be back, my pillow is ruined and definitely was put through the wash. My faux fur pillow is completely caked in a sticky thick material so it’s probably ruined too. I should get my money back for this. I have before and after photos of both pillows. Do NOT go here! They’re not even sold anymore! If I could give 0 stars I would. No apology, nothing. I’m not stupid, and will contact the city. It feels like pesticides were used. Just a “Bring it in, we’ll fix it and our warehouses follow certain guidelines.”
They lost my wedding suit and will fully charge for uncleaned items. I dropped off my wedding suit, another suit jacket, and a white button down shirt. Only the white button down shirt was returned to me. I spoke with the owner and while he did reimburse me for my wedding suit, he kept gaslighting me by asking if I could check my closet and stalling on saying they would find it. They didn't. Excellent service! We wouldn’t be happier with our repair. The thermostat went out and he fit us in the next day. I didn’t feel like he was trying to up charge and was very clean in the space. I would highly recommend .
