Haven't had any issues with lost clothing since they do all of their own cleaning in house.Only tip would be to realize that their 'Medium' starch is closer to 'Heavy.' My shirts keep coming...
Tried once all they did was just press and give it back. Worst dry cleaners. My washer does a better Job. Very Pricey. Lee the owner took my coupon and never honored it.I also heard that they damaged my friends clothes. Stay away from this place.
