Dropped off expensive clothes to this dry cleaner, they put pins not only on the tags but through the actual clothes. One pin was not even on a tag but through the front of a shirt leaving holes. Also have left many stains on my clothes. I have been to many dry cleaners I love and have never had my actual clothes pinned with holes.
Always friendly and personable service.
I had a spot that I had tried to remove without success. They said they would try to get it out, but it might not be successful - did I want them to try. I did and they did. I appreciated their candor and good efforts - not to mention their success.
I am always greeted with a smile and have enjoyed excellent service -specifically at the Long Lake and Telegraph store.
The quality of the cleaning is always excellent. Jennice is wonderful - always friendly and helpful. Terrific business!
